À propos

Coffea arabica is the most widely cultivated coffee species, originating from the highlands of southwestern Ethiopia. It thrives at elevations between 600 and 2,200 meters, producing beans prized for their complex acidity, sweetness, and aromatic nuance. Arabica plants are self-pollinating but genetically less diverse than Robusta, making them more susceptible to diseases like coffee leaf rust.
