À propos
Obata is a Sarchimor-derived variety selected by IAC in Brazil, combining excellent yield with multi-disease resistance including coffee leaf rust, bacterial halo blight, and root-knot nematodes. It is named after a city in Sao Paulo state. Obata's cup quality is clean and balanced, with moderate acidity and nutty-chocolate notes, making it commercially reliable for Brazilian production.
