概要
The French Press (also known as a cafetiere or press pot) is one of the simplest full-immersion brewing methods. Coarsely ground coffee steeps in hot water for several minutes before a metal mesh plunger separates the grounds. The metal filter allows oils and fine particles through, producing a full-bodied, rich cup with a heavier mouthfeel than paper-filtered methods. French Press is accessible to beginners and requires minimal equipment.
