The region's low humidity and abundant sunshine during the dry season create ideal conditions for slow, even cherry ripening. Antigua coffees are celebrated for their full body, refined acidity, and rich flavor complexity with notes of dark chocolate, spice, and smoky sweetness. The volcanic pumice soil provides exceptional drainage while retaining heat overnight, extending the growing season.
