Acerca de

Antigua is Guatemala's most renowned coffee origin, sheltered in a valley between three volcanoes — Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango — that provide mineral-rich volcanic soils and natural frost protection. The region's low humidity and abundant sunshine during the dry season create ideal conditions for slow, even cherry ripening. Antigua coffees are celebrated for their full body, refined acidity, and rich flavor complexity with notes of dark chocolate, spice, and smoky sweetness. The volcanic pumice soil provides exceptional drainage while retaining heat overnight, extending the growing season. Antigua has been producing world-class coffee since the 18th century, and its name carries significant weight in global specialty markets.
