حول

Tolima has emerged as one of Colombia's most exciting coffee regions, with production centered around the municipalities of Planadas, Ataco, and Rioblanco. Long overshadowed by Huila and Nariño, the department has gained recognition as farmers invest in quality-focused processing and varietal selection. Tolima coffees offer a wide range of profiles, from bright citrus and stone fruit in higher-altitude lots to rich chocolate and caramel at lower elevations. The region's diverse microclimates across the Central Cordillera enable both main-crop and fly-crop harvests. Tolima now regularly produces competition-winning lots that rival Colombia's most established origins.
