SHG
Strictly High Grown, an altitude-based coffee grade used in Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua for beans cultivated above approximately 1,200 meters. SHG is functionally equivalent to SHB and indicates premium density and quality.

Like SHB, the slow cherry maturation at altitude increases sugar development and acid complexity.
