The AeroPress was invented in 2005 by engineer Alan Adler and has since developed a devoted global following, complete with its own World Championship. This versatile brewer uses air pressure to push water through a compact bed of coffee, combining elements of both immersion and pressure brewing. The AeroPress produces a clean, concentrated cup and is beloved for its portability, speed, durability, and the enormous range of recipes it supports.
