Tabi is a tall variety developed by Cenicafe in Colombia, combining Typica, Bourbon, and Timor Hybrid genetics. The name means 'good' in the Guambiano indigenous language. Tabi offers leaf rust resistance from its Timor Hybrid ancestor while preserving much of the cup quality associated with traditional varieties, featuring balanced acidity, medium body, and clean caramel and citrus notes.
