Wush Wush is an Ethiopian landrace variety named after the town of Wush Wush in the Kaffa Zone, near the ancestral home of Arabica coffee. It is now also cultivated in Colombia, where it has gained specialty recognition. Wush Wush produces a delicately complex cup with floral jasmine notes, tropical fruit, bright acidity, and a tea-like elegance that has drawn comparisons to Geisha.
