S795 is a cross between S288 (Arabica x Liberica hybrid) and Kent, developed at the Central Coffee Research Institute in India. It combines partial disease resistance with good cup quality and high yields, making it the most widely planted variety in Indian coffee estates. S795 produces a smooth, well-balanced cup with spicy undertones, medium body, and mild sweetness.
