Sobre

Nariño sits at Colombia's southern tip near the Ecuadorian border, where coffee is grown at some of the highest altitudes in the country, often exceeding 2,200 meters. The region's proximity to the equator provides intense solar radiation balanced by cool mountain temperatures, creating an extended cherry maturation cycle. Nariño coffees are renowned for their complex, sparkling acidity, floral aromatics, and sweet citrus notes with a syrupy body. The Galeras volcano enriches the soil with mineral-rich ash deposits. Despite challenging terrain that limits farm sizes, Nariño has established itself as one of Colombia's most prestigious specialty origins.
