About

Guji has rapidly emerged as one of Ethiopia's most sought-after coffee origins, gaining formal recognition as a distinct zone separate from Sidama. The region's extreme elevations, often exceeding 2,200 meters, produce coffees of remarkable complexity and sweetness. Guji naturals are prized for their intense tropical fruit, peach, and floral honey notes with a creamy body. Washed lots from Guji display pristine clarity with white tea and citrus blossom character. The area's remote highlands shelter some of Ethiopia's last wild coffee forests, harboring extraordinary genetic diversity.
