소개

Sidama is one of Ethiopia's largest and most important coffee-producing regions, encompassing Yirgacheffe and extending across a vast highland plateau. The region achieved its own statehood in 2020, reflecting its distinct cultural identity deeply intertwined with coffee cultivation. Sidama coffees display vibrant stone fruit and citrus notes with a characteristic lemony brightness in washed lots. Natural-processed Sidama coffees are known for their rich berry sweetness and wine-like complexity. The region's deep volcanic soils and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for the thousands of indigenous heirloom varieties grown here.
