À propos

Comayagua is a central Honduran coffee region situated in a broad highland valley surrounded by mountains, including Montaña de Comayagua National Park. The valley's relatively dry climate and well-drained soils create favorable drying conditions for both washed and natural coffees. Comayagua coffees offer a clean, medium-bodied cup with pleasant sweetness, mild stone fruit notes, and a smooth finish. The region's central location and good road infrastructure make it a logistical hub for Honduran coffee exports. Increasing numbers of producers in Comayagua are pursuing specialty certifications and direct-trade relationships.
