À propos
The Chemex is an elegant pour-over brewer invented in 1941 by chemist Peter Schlumbohm, displayed in the Museum of Modern Art for its iconic hourglass design. Its signature thick bonded paper filters remove more oils and fine particles than standard filters, producing an exceptionally clean and bright cup. The larger brew volume makes Chemex ideal for sharing, and its clarity of flavor brings out delicate floral and citrus notes.
