Its NCDT survey is the most comprehensive annual study of US coffee consumption patterns—tracking brew methods, consumption occasions, specialty versus mainstream trends, and demographic shifts. The NCA also maintains quality and labeling standards, organizes the annual NCA Convention, and provides resources on food safety compliance for coffee businesses.
