The Origami Dripper is a Japanese ceramic or resin pour-over brewer with a distinctive 20-rib folded design. Its unique versatility comes from accepting both conical (V60-style) and flat-bottom (Wave-style) paper filters, allowing brewers to switch between different extraction characteristics with the same device. The Origami has become a competition favorite for its flexibility, producing clean, bright cups with V60 filters and fuller-bodied brews with Wave filters.
