حول

Yirgacheffe is widely regarded as the crown jewel of Ethiopian coffee, producing some of the most aromatic and complex cups in the world. The region sits within the Southern Nations zone at elevations up to 2,200 meters, where cool nights slow cherry maturation and concentrate sugars. Washed Yirgacheffe coffees are celebrated for their jasmine-like floral aromatics, bergamot citrus, and delicate tea-like body. Natural-processed lots offer explosive blueberry and tropical fruit character. The area's smallholder farmers typically cultivate fewer than two hectares each, often under native forest shade canopy.
