Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer and the leading Robusta origin, with production concentrated in the Central Highlands around Dak Lak province. The country's coffee industry expanded rapidly from the 1990s onward. Vietnamese Robusta is valued for its strong body, low acidity, and bold flavor, and is a key ingredient in the iconic ca phe sua da (iced milk coffee) tradition.
